On behalf of the entire SEPTA Youth Advisory Council, I’d like to welcome you to our new website. My name is Jeff Kessler, and I am the new Executive Chair of the YAC. I’m happy to be joined by a wonderful group of fellow YAC members, all of whom work tirelessly to ensure youth concerns are heard.
